FAQs

How long does delivery take?

Orders leave our Jaipur studio within 2 to 3 working days. Metro cities usually receive them in 3 to 5 days, and the rest of India in 5 to 8.

Can I return or exchange something?

Clothing can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. Fabric cut to length can’t be returned.

Will my linen shrink?

Our clothing is stonewashed before it is sewn, so it keeps its size. Fabric by the metre can shrink 3 to 5% on its first wash, so wash it before you cut.

How can I pay?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, all through Razorpay. Cash on delivery isn’t available yet.
